Information session: “Meeting with experts in electricity and gas” (open)
During the information session, we will learn about: types of contracts with electricity and gas suppliers; the process of signing a contract with electricity and gas suppliers; how to calculate the cost of electricity and gas and how to control consumption on your own; how meters work and how the supplier learns about the amount of services consumed; how to communicate with the supplier and whether there are ways to avoid the language barrier; whether there are opportunities to save on electricity and gas consumption (including the social tariff);
